ER - The Excellence of a Limited Edition
The letters ER stand for Exclusivement Rosé (Exclusively Rosé). Each edition, marked with a unique number, is produced in very small quantities due to its complex and unusual blend. Composed of 75% Reserve Chardonnay sourced entirely from the Côte des Blancs, this multi-vintage cuvée is based on a unique blend, aged on three fundamental pillars

A Unique Gathering
To find the perfect balance between the freshness of a rosé and the depth of a grand vintage Blanc de Blancs, our House has created an unprecedented blend based on three foundational steps.
Infusion Rosé
Making up a quarter of the blend, it comes from a gentle maceration of Pinot Noir from Vertus. We extract the very essence of the fruit, without any tannins, to bring the vibration, juiciness, and purity of youth.
Perpetual Reserve
A majority of this multi-vintage blend of Chardonnay Grands Crus (with the oldest vintages dating back to 2007) is aged in concrete, foudre, and tank. It brings creaminess and complexity, carried by the pure vibration of the chalk.
A return to the circle
A qualitative and extremely rare step. We manually open, one by one, prestigious vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne bottles, sometimes 20 years old, to reintegrate them into the final blend. It is this exceptional process that gives our cuvée its noble reduction and unparalleled depth.
Thus, each edition, with its extremely confidential production, presents a unique profile combining the freshness of a rosé with the dimension of a grand Blanc de Blancs.

Top-rated in its category by RVF, this Chardonnay-dominant rosé champagne opens with notes of pomelo, mandarin, and red berries. It is linear and fleshy on the palate, with a marked verticality on the finish. An elegant and precise rosé.
ER4 - 98+ points by Jeb Dunnuck
Beautiful notes of fresh pastry, raspberries, fresh cherry blossoms and candied grapefruit. It is elegant and medium-bodied with a very long finish. Made with 75% reserve wines, it is unctuous and splendid.

This is a stunning new vintage of Fleur de Miraval. Notes of peach and flowers with cotton candy and citrus. Notes of cherry and other berries. This is a full-bodied wine with very fine bubbles and a smooth texture.

On the palate, it has a tight, mineral structure, notes of black cherry, and some hints of almond. It opens up in the glass to reveal beautifully developed fruit and a charming richness
